A very nice hotel for the area. Next to a nice restaurant, a gas station, and close to Starbucks. The neighborhood is safe as well. We took our dog for a walk after 10 pm and felt very safe.

"View was amazing! Quiet property, well maintained and staff very friendly. Close to SLO and downtown Pismo. Patios a little too close to each other for my liking, no privacy and patio furniture not comfy but all just a preference. Good, free breakfast and no charge for parking. Would stay here again."
